Getting started
How fast can I get set up?
Stream All Day is typically live within a few hours of signing up, and always within 24 hours. You sign up, send us your stream key, and we take care of the rest.
Do I need any special hardware or software?
No. We handle all the infrastructure — servers, encoding, streaming, monitoring. You don't need OBS, a dedicated PC, or any technical knowledge.
What platforms are supported?
Twitch today. YouTube and Kick are on the roadmap.
I'm not affiliate yet — can I still use this?
Yes. We run a "boost" sequence first: 4 × 65-minute streams, 24 hours apart, which is exactly the streaming criteria for Twitch affiliate. Once you hit affiliate, we transition you straight into 24/7 mode automatically.
Streaming & channel
Will this affect my live streams?
It can — only one stream key can be live at a time. We recommend using an alt account dedicated to the 24/7 rebroadcast rather than your main account. This keeps your main channel clean for live content while your alt earns ad revenue around the clock.
Can I choose which VODs are rebroadcast?
Yes. You can request specific VODs to include or exclude from rotation via your dashboard or email. We'll update the library and curate it however you want.
What happens to my VODs after Twitch deletes them?
We retain a managed archive of your downloaded VODs, so you can keep rotating them long after Twitch's 14-day VOD limit deletes them from your channel. Your library grows over time.
What if Twitch goes down or my stream gets interrupted?
Our monitoring detects RTMP drops and auto-restarts. Most outages are recovered within seconds. We track uptime per-client.

How does billing work?
$19.99/mo billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel anytime — no contracts, no hidden fees.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. Month-to-month, cancel whenever you want. No cancellation fees.
Do you offer refunds?
If your service was never delivered or experienced unrecoverable downtime within the first 7 days, contact us and we'll make it right. Otherwise we don't pro-rate — just cancel before your next billing date.
Policy & safety
Is this compliant with Twitch's Terms of Service?
Rebroadcasting your own VODs to your own channel is allowed by Twitch ToS — channels regularly do "re-runs" of past streams. We do not bot viewers, fake watch hours, or do anything that would put your channel at risk. You are streaming your own content to your own audience.
Where is my VOD library stored?
On dedicated Watkins Media LLC infrastructure. VODs are not shared with other clients, not used for AI training, not sold or transferred. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What if I want to take my VODs with me?
Email us — we'll provide download links to your archived VODs at any time, free of charge. They're yours.
