What we collect
When you sign up, we collect: your email, Twitch username, Twitch stream key, payment details (handled by Stripe — we never see your full card number), and the VODs we download from your channel. When you sign in to the dashboard, we receive your Twitch user ID and display name from Twitch's OAuth API.
What we do with it
Email is used for support, account notices, and billing receipts. Stream key is used to broadcast to your channel. VODs are stored on our infrastructure and rebroadcast to your channel. Payment data is handled by Stripe under their PCI-compliant systems.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data. We do not use your VODs for AI training. We do not share your stream key with any third party. We do not transfer your VOD archive to anyone else.
Third parties
We rely on: Stripe (billing), Twitch (OAuth and the platform we broadcast to). Their privacy policies govern data handled by them.
Your rights
You can request a download of your archived VODs, a copy of your account data, or full deletion of everything we store about you, at any time, by emailing jwatkins@watkinsmediallc.com.
Retention
We keep your VOD archive and account data as long as your subscription is active, plus 90 days after cancellation in case you reactivate. After 90 days, archived VODs are deleted and account data is reduced to the minimum required for billing records.
