Terms of Service

1. Service
Stream All Day ("the Service") is operated by Watkins Media LLC. The Service rebroadcasts the customer's own Twitch VOD content back to the customer's own Twitch channel on a 24/7 schedule.
2. Subscription & billing
The Service is billed at $19.99 per month via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Customer responsibilities
You must own the Twitch channel you submit. You must own or have rights to all VOD content rebroadcast. You are responsible for keeping the stream key associated with your account confidential. You agree not to use the Service for content that violates Twitch's Terms of Service.
4. Service availability
We target 24/7 uptime but do not guarantee 100%. Brief interruptions for maintenance, network events, or platform issues at Twitch may occur. Our monitoring auto-recovers most issues within seconds.
5. Refunds
If service was never delivered or experienced unrecoverable downtime within the first 7 days of your subscription, we will issue a refund on request. Otherwise, subscriptions are non-refundable — to avoid future charges, cancel before your next billing date.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate service for: non-payment, ToS violations, channels found to be rebroadcasting content the customer doesn't own, abusive conduct, or operational risk. We will provide notice and refund any unused portion of the current billing period at our discretion.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." Watkins Media LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations; in those, our liability is limited to the maximum allowed.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email to active customers at least 14 days before taking effect.
