What if I want to cancel?
Cancel any time from your dashboard or the Stripe customer portal. You keep service through the end of your billing period. No fees, no friction.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The $19.99 covers everything — onboarding, infrastructure, monitoring, support. We don't charge for setup.
How do I get billed?
Stripe handles payment. Monthly auto-charge on the date you signed up. Update your card or download invoices from the Stripe customer portal.
Do you offer refunds?
If your service was never delivered or experienced unrecoverable downtime within the first 7 days, contact us and we'll make it right. Otherwise we don't pro-rate cancellations — just cancel before your next billing date.
